Description
The Electric Food Slicer is a manual slicer with a 12" diameter knife. It features an extended chute and end weight that can accommodate products up to 10-1/2" in height. The pyramid-shaped end weight teeth and gripping teeth on the underside ensure secure slicing. The top-mounted knife sharpener allows for easy maintenance, while the belt-driven operation and ball bearing chute slide ensure smooth slicing. The slicer also includes safety features such as a knife cover interlock and motor overload protection. Its anodized aluminum construction and non-slip rubber feet provide stability and durability.
