Why We Love It: The UPT3212-R sandwich prep table, part of the UPT series by Traulsen, sits only 32" wide and gives you the greatest prep space in the smallest footprint.
Prep Space
The top cut-out holds twelve 1/6-size pans (4" deep plastic pans are provided with order).
A reversible, full-length cutting board gives 8" of depth and plenty of space to slice and dice.
Two powder-coated steel interior shelves are included in the single-section refrigerated base.
A removable stainless steel pan cover and pivoting lid cover ingredients when not in use.
Construction
The field-reversible door is right-swinging.
Stainless steel exterior and anondized aluminum interior give this unit durability and easy cleanability.
Rear-mounted refrigeration keeps the cabinet temperature from 34°F to 38°F.
The Santoprene® EZ-Clean gasket keeps cold air from escaping.
It all sits on four casters, each 4" high.
