Four epoxy-coated interior shelves each hold 150 lb. of product.
Construction
The two field-reversible doors are right-swinging.
Stainless steel exterior and anondized aluminum interior give this unit durability and easy cleanability.
An LED display lets you monitor the refrigeration of your prep table.
Rear-mounted refrigeration keeps the cabinet temperature from 32°F to 41°F.
It all sits on four casters, each 4" high, and the front two casters have locking breaks.
