Prep Space
The top cut-out holds twelve 1/6-size pans.
A 12" deep, full-length cutting board gives you plenty of space to slice and dice.
Four fully removable drawers accomodate a 1/2-size pan and a 1/3-size pan each.
Construction
Stainless steel exterior and anondized aluminum interior give this unit durability and easy cleanability.
An LED display lets you monitor the refrigeration of your prep table.
Rear-mounted refrigeration keeps the cabinet temperature from 32°F to 41°F.
It all sits on four casters, each 4" high, and the front two casters have locking breaks.
