The VFDadvantage variable frequency delivers precision motor control and power to ensure high-quality mixes and ingredient incorporation, all while protecting the motor. It also allows for safe change speeds without stopping the mixer using Shift-on-the-Fly technology, minimal ingredient splash-out thanks to Soft Start, and slow and thorough ingredient incorporation using ultra-low Stir Speed. Maximum capacity overheat protection ensures less downtime through extreme-duty wiring and connections to handle more power, and the reinforced planetary shaft system drives maximum power into the bowl and leverages more of the motor's precision tuning and high-capacity output.The HL400 has three fixed speeds plus ultra-low Stir Speed.
