Return Policy: RETURN SHIPMENTS We will not accept any returned merchandise unless written authorization has been issued. Any claims for defective materials or workmanship should be mailed to the factory. UNUSED merchandise in A-1 condition - there is a 25% or greater restocking charge for AUTHORIZED returns. CANCELLATION POLICY Any special orders that have been entered into production cannot be canceled without paying all costs incurred by our company in the preparation of special plans, materials purchased or produced. No changes can be made once a "special order" has been entered into production. Any costs incurred therein will be the responsibility of the customer. Purchase orders may be changed up to 21 days before the scheduled shipping date without penalty, if production has not commenced.
