Return Policy: Custom Orders are not eligible for return. • Items that have been discontinued by Packnwood are not eligible for return. • Any unauthorized returns will not be eligible for credit. If the item needs to be reshipped, it will be done so at client’s expense. • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery for drop ship items and 30 days of delivery for stocked items. • All cases must be unopened. Any opened cases will not be eligible for return. • RMAs must be returned with the cases. Any cases received without RMAs will not be eligible for credit. • RMAs may be requested by emailing admin@packnwood.com. Please include the purchase order number, the items to be returned, the number of cases per SKU, and the reason for the return. • There will be a 25% restocking fee per case for all returns. • The client will be responsible for the return freight to Packnwood's warehouse. • The cases must be returned to the warehouse address listed on the RMA. If the cases are not shipped to the correct address, any shipping costs Packnwood incurs to send to the correct address will be removed from the credit. • Once the cases have been received into Packnwood's warehouse and have been inspected a credit will be issued to your account.
