Return Policy: Damaged or Lost Goods: It is the responsibility of the consignee’s receiving agent to inspect equipment upon delivery. If you see your shipment is incomplete or damaged when you receive it make a notation on the freight bill. If the freight company will not allow you to do so, refuse shipment. If the damage is concealed, you must notify New Age within 15 days (including the day of delivery plus weekends and holidays). New Age will handle all claim paperwork for the customer. Returns: Returned merchandise must be pre-approved with a RMA number assigned by New Age and noted on both the shipping label and bill of lading. Merchandise is to be returned with transportation charges prepaid and is subject to a 20% handling and inspection charge. New Age reserves the right to refuse the return of any piece of equipment.
