Return Policy: All sales are final. At its sole discretion, CookTek will consider returns on purchases made within the past 60 days. Requests for returns must be made in writing to orders@turbochef.com and must include the serial number, invoice number, and reason for return. If approved CookTek will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Goods must be in their original packaging, in new/un-used condition and must be accompanied by the RMA paperwork. Units returned in any other condition, may be deemed invalid for credit. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Please note, any freight damage that occurs on CookTek’s carrier must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. CookTek will not be liable for freight claims after this time period.
