Return Policy: Contact your local representative to request a written return authorization. Return request must be received within 60 days of shipment from TableCraft. Goods must be returned to TableCraft withing 30 days of RA issuance in original cartons-full cases only. Returns must be prepaid and are subject to a 25% restocking charge. A return authorization number appear on all returned cases. Credit will not be issued for discontinued products, custom items or unauthorized returns.
