Return Policy: To return merchandise, you must obtain written authorization as returned goods without it will not be accepted. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number and must be authorized by the factory/company. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Additionally, a 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returned items.
