A Work Surface Ready for Work
At 26” high and a weight capacity of 700 pounds, this worktop can support many types of tabletop equipment at a working height. A ceramic heat shield makes sure that worktop temperatures don’t impact the refrigerated drawers.
The unit has a stainless steel front, sides, and top. The top surface is 16-guage steel.
There are 2 refrigerated drawers, each with aluminum flush-mount handles.
An enamel-coated evaporator coil extends the lifespan of the unit.
It all sits on 4 heavy duty casters, each 4” in diameter and each with locking breaks.
Refrigeration is powered by a 1/5-horsepower compressor, providing even distribution throughout the unit while using an environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant.
The 2 drawers are securely welded to the unit and supported by 14-guage steel slides, keeping the drawers steady and secure when opening.
These drawers are insulated with 2 inches of CFC-free foam, providing additional insulation from your hot kitchen.
Drawers accommodate two 12” x 20” x 6” deep pans each and all and feature finger cut-outs for easy pan removal.
